RED: Field Session, Classroom and Social

We'll have a practical on field session (9-10am), then a class session (10-11am), then everyone willing is welcome to stay and participate in a Social: Referees Play Soccer!

-       Clean footwear for the field session/game (artificial turf);

-       Your Cards + your Whistles for the field session;

-       Water bottle;

-       A dark and a white t-shirts/jerseys for the game;

-       Dress comfortably for a good running session (+ a game if you wish to participate).

Fitness Testing (Hosted by CARD Calgary)

Reminder: Fitness Testing Tomorrow

Friendly reminder that CARD Mock Fitness Testing is taking place this tomorrow (Apr 10) at 10:30AM (10AM Arrival) at Mount Royal University. If you have not done so already you can RSVP Here up till 8:30AM tomorrow.

  • The test will be coordinated like an official fitness test, the one exception being participants will be allowed to stop/start and complete as much as the fitness test as they can.

  • If you have never run the fitness test before, you can learn more about how the two components (repeated sprints & intervals) work by visiting cdsra.org/fitnesstest.

Alberta Soccer Pre-Season fitness testing is taking place in the next couple of weeks. You can find fitness training resources at cdsra.org/fitness-training.
